    Our Friday Night Healing Series classes give you the opportunity to explore consciousness through a variety of healing modalities. Drop-ins and class passes are accepted for this series, as are all Yoga memberships!
     
    Classes are 7:00-8:30pm and are held in our spacious 1,500 square foot Yoga room.  Advanced registration is required.

    Friday, April 10th: Sacred Sound & Energy Journey w/ Tom Collins

    Join Tom Collins for a stress-releasing and soul-nourishing sacred journey. You'll get to enjoy being in community at Indigo on a Friday night, some easy energy-clearing Kundalini yoga exercises, pranayam energy activation exercises, Hands of Light Qigong movement, Parasympathetic breathwork, and chant with the universal sound current of AAh- OOH-OUM. All the while, consciously revitalizing your heart coherence & love hormones, including Oxytocin, Dopamine, and Serotonin.

    Lie back and get comfortable for a sound healing bath journey as your activated melatonin helps to heal your body and subconscious mind.

     

    Friday, April 17th: Sound Wave w/ Roxanna Kopp Smith 

    Sound Wave is a journey of movement and stillness first. It's a dance wave that invites the body to speak, release, and awaken through breath-led, intuitive motion. As the wave completes, we gently transition into rest, where a nourishing sound bath carries the nervous system into integration and repair. Vibrations wash through the body like tide meeting shore, allowing insights to settle, emotions to soften, and energy to recalibrate. This is a practice of listening, first through movement, then through sound, supporting deep rest, embodied healing, and a sense of wholeness that lingers long after the final note fades. Facilitated by Roxanna Kopp Smith and the Sound Wave Crew.

     

    Friday, April 24: Sound Ceremony for Inner Peace w/ Charlene Ziem

    Relax • Release • Restore. Step into a deeply calming sound journey designed to quiet the mind, soothe the body, and reconnect you with your inner peace.

    Through the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and gentle tones, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where stress melts away, and clarity emerges.

    What to Expect:
    • A peaceful, guided sound meditation
    • Deep relaxation for body and mind
    • Space for emotional release and renewal

    No experience needed. Come as you are.


    Friday, May 1st: Pranayama, Slow Asana & Sound Meditation w/ Kendall Odom

    Join Kendall for a nourishing practice of breathwork (pranayama), slow yoga asana, and immersive sound meditation designed to support nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and deep rest.
    We’ll begin with grounding breathwork, exploring accessible and seasonally relevant pranayama to settle the body and focus the mind. From there, we’ll move through slow, mindful yoga asana, gradually transitioning into yin and restorative shapes to encourage ease, release, and downregulation.

    Light hands-on assists will be offered when consent hearts are set to “yes.”
    The practice will close with an extended ~40-minute sound meditation featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, Tibetan and Nepalese bowls, chimes, ocean drum, rainstick, and other resonant instruments. Rather than a traditional sound bath, this is an orchestrated sound experience played in specific musical keys to create a precise field of resonance. This harmonic approach supports Alpha and Theta brainwave states - associated with emotional processing, cellular repair, and deep rest - helping the body shift into a rest-and-restore response.

    Benefits may include improved sleep, nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and an increased sense of calm and clarity.

    Friday, May 8th: A Qi Gong, Breath & Sound Healing Journey w/ Janine Ellis

    Join Janine for a nourishing and restorative practice to welcome the new season with intention and grace. Together, we will weave gentle, flowing Qi Gong movements that mirror nature’s awakening, inviting expansion, openness, and renewed vitality into the body.

    Through conscious breath, mindful movement, and sound healing, we will create space for fresh energy to circulate, soften what feels heavy, and awaken what is ready to bloom. This experience is an invitation to reconnect with your body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit as we honor this sacred turning of the season.
