Janine Ellis

My passion and true calling is to guide, educate, heal, and assist students through yoga, meditation, sound healing, reiki, personal training, shamanic practices, and nature-based programs. I provide students with mindfulness-based practices including valuable tools to help cultivate a life of health, harmony, energy, balance, and joy.

  • Moving Mindfully Hatha Yoga
  • The heartbeat of this class is an artful blend of mindful and methodical asana woven together with ancient healing practices. Close attention to physical alignment and anatomical details develop joint stability, flexibility and strength to create structural integrity throughout the body. Infused with Qi Gong, restorative poses, sound healing, shamanic practices and guided meditation, this healing class offers many tools for integrating body, mind and spirit.

  • Join Janine for a nourishing and restorative practice to welcome the new season with intention and grace. Together, we will weave gentle, flowing Qi Gong movements that mirror nature’s awakening, inviting expansion, openness, and renewed vitality into the body.
     
    Through conscious breath, mindful movement, and sound healing, we will create space for fresh energy to circulate, soften what feels heavy, and awaken what is ready to bloom. This experience is an invitation to reconnect with your body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit as we honor this sacred turning of the season.
