Lily Manderville instructs the following:
  • Sunrise Flow
  • Awaken with the sun and embrace a dynamic Yoga practice that harmonizes with the ancient teachings of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the transformative Eight-Limb Path of Yoga. This mixed-level class artfully weaves breath and movement, fostering flexibility, strength, and endurance for participants ranging from active beginners to advanced practitioners.

Join us on Fridays for a special emphasis on exploring diverse Yoga philosophy themes each week, balancing self-study with energizing movement to create a comprehensive mind-body experience. Each Friday class will be divided between a short Yoga philosophy reading, discussion, and gentle Yoga movement.

  • Philosophy Fridays: Yoga for Mind & Body *Please read class description
  • **Philosophy Fridays has a new class location!  This class is being held down at our Pilates studio, which is in the same shopping center as Indigo: Pike & Plank Pilates, 1557 Palos Verdes Mall.

Join us on Fridays as we delve into various Yoga philosophy topics each week, striking a balance between self-reflection and invigorating practice to cultivate a holistic mind-body connection.  If you attend the Sunrise Flow during the week, you'll enjoy this extension class exploring yogic philosophy in a fun environment.

This class draws inspiration from the ancient wisdom of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the transformative Eight-Limb Path of Yoga and is open to all levels.
