
Rachel completed her teacher training under the guidance of Kelly Callaghan. Her classes are heart-centered and grounding, with a playful energy woven throughout. She hopes to offer her students the same gifts yoga has given her - a sense of clarity, connection, and renewal. Outside the studio, you’ll often find her hiking, skiing, or getting lost in a good book.
This class will include dynamic Sun Salutations flowed with detailed cues to imprint the sequence within your body, then repeated a couple of times at a faster pace to create a moving meditation for you to become united within the present moment.
This class incorporates core strengthening, hip-opening and balancing postures, backbends and twists. Each class includes a brief meditation or pranayama. A variety of options will always be offered. This is an open-level class but some previous yoga experience is encouraged.
Be prepared to build strength, sweat, listen to great music and elevate your life!
