Kelly Callahan

As the co-founder of Indigo Yoga & Pike & Plank Pilates, Kelly is a force of nature as both a Yoga & Pilates instructor. She possesses a refined ability to observe every individual in class, giving modifications and challenges to each, while simultaneously facilitating a dynamic and exciting group workout.

Unafraid of blending styles and modalities, she incorporates yoga asana with traditional Pilates repertoire.

Kelly has led several Yoga teacher trainings over the years and is very excited to have curated this unique & special training for our Indigo community.

Kelly is also a musician and a healing presence in the lives of many. Her warmth and humor have touched more than a decade of students at Indigo Yoga & Pike Plank, our sister studio. Her message is simple and clear: always follow your heart.

  • Power Flow 3
  • An inspired, uplifting and vigorous Vinyasa Flow practice with attention to breath, core strengthening and heart opening! Power Flow 3 is similar to Power Flow 2, just a bit harder. :) 

    Be prepared to build strength, sweat, listen to great music and elevate your life!

    Yoga experience is necessary but this class is open to all levels. Do what you can and have fun!

  • Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
  • A transformational and powerful yoga practice that creates long-lasting physical and emotional balance, focus, intuitive clarity, and deep healing. Class includes breathwork, physical postures, gong relaxation, and healing meditations.

    We will work with the power of our breath, learning multiple breathing techniques which will support us not only in our practice but in our everyday living.

    Breathwork can help release built-up tension and pent-up energy as well as create the magic of slowing down time. With the combination of dynamic yogic postures, breathing techniques, and deep meditations, we will improve physical and mental flexibility and build both strength and calm within the nervous system. Some of our long-term goals that will transfer outside of class are to create ease within the challenge, doing without "doing" and moving energy through the body keeping us balanced and happy.
     
    This class is open to all levels, beginners and longtime practitioners.

  • Kundalini Flow
  • A vibrant and vigorous practice to rejuvenate and balance the body and mind. We will work with flowing vinyasa sequences designed to help you build solid strength and flexibility along with meditations to help enhance focus, and create resilience and nerve strength for depression, anxiety, and stress. This blend of Vinyasa with Kundalini meditations will be challenging but blissful and supremely healing.

    Japa, Pranayam & Meditation along with a strong and vigorous physical practice in a warm and loving environment makes up this beautiful new form at Indigo called Kundalini Flow.
